There are three modules in this course:

Learning Objectives:
At the end of this program, participants should be able to:

1. Effectively apply communication skills to support grieving families.
2. Explain the grief process for pet death and loss.
3. Identify strategies for working with grieving pet families.
4. Locate resources for pet loss support.

Course Length:
It will take approximately 3.5 to 4.0 hours to complete this course.

Knowledge Assessment:
A 30-question final assessment which includes multiple-choice, multiple-select, and true/false questions. A score of 80% or better is required to pass the class and receive a certificate of completion.
